  2. General provisions
    1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) defines the rules for the use of the WMCentre.su website by persons interested in purchasing digital goods from third parties (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).
    2. The WMCentre.su website is an information resource that provides users with the opportunity to familiarize themselves with information about digital goods and their sellers, as well as to select a product and seller.
    3. WMCentre.su does not sell goods, does not accept payments from Buyers, and is not a party to sales contracts concluded between the Buyer and the Seller.
    4. WMCentre.su operates as an agency, providing sellers with information placement and product promotion services. The terms of WMCentre.su's interactions with sellers are governed by Agency agreement.
    5. All legal relationships related to the purchase, payment, and receipt of digital goods arise directly between the Buyer and Seller, without the participation of WMCentre.su.
  3. Product selection
    1. All information about digital products, including description, price, terms of sale, and receipt procedure, is provided by Sellers.
    2. WMCentre.su does not participate in the formation of the content of digital goods and does not have the technical or actual ability to verify their content, quality, or compliance with the Buyer's expectations.
    3. Before making a purchase, the Buyer is advised to carefully read the product description, terms of its provision, information about the Seller, as well as reviews from other buyers (if any).
  4. Payment for goods
    1. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer directly to the Seller using the payment methods selected by the Seller.
    2. WMCentre.su does not accept or process payments, does not store payment information of Buyers, and does not participate in settlements between the Buyer and the Seller.
    3. The Buyer shall resolve all issues related to payment for goods, refunds, and payment disputes directly with the Seller and/or the relevant payment service.
  5. Receipt of goods
    1. The procedure, method, and timeframe for receiving a digital product are determined by the Seller and are specified in the product description.
    2. The responsibility for transferring the goods to the Buyer lies entirely with the Seller.
    3. WMCentre.su does not store, transfer or deliver digital goods.
  6. Reviews and ratings
    1. The buyer has the right to read reviews of products and sellers, as well as leave their own review in the manner prescribed by the product sales services used.
    2. Reviews and seller ratings are based on information provided by external services and are displayed on the WMCentre.su website for informational purposes only.
    3. WMCentre.su does not influence the content of reviews and is not responsible for their accuracy.
  7. Controversial situations
    1. In the event of a dispute related to a product, the Buyer should contact the Seller directly.
    2. WMCentre.su does not participate in the resolution of disputes between the Buyer and the Seller and does not make decisions regarding refunds or replacements of goods.
    3. WMCentre.su may provide the Buyer with accessible means of communication with the Seller, but does not guarantee the outcome of such interaction.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    1. WMCentre.su is not responsible for the content, quality, or legality of digital goods, the actions or inactions of Sellers, or any financial or other losses incurred by the Buyer as a result of the transaction.
    2. The use of the WMCentre.su website is carried out by the Buyer independently and at his own risk.
  9. Final provisions
    1. Use of the WMCentre.su website signifies the Buyer's agreement with the terms of this Agreement.
    2. WMCentre.su reserves the right to change the terms of this Agreement at any time by publishing a new version on the website.
