The information system "Personnel department of the colony of the settlement" is designed to automate the work of finishing the personnel of the colony of the settlement.
When developing an automated information system for the personnel department for the Federal State Institution KP No. 2 of the Federal Penitentiary Service for the Tambov Region, the necessary tables, queries, reports and corresponding user forms were developed.
The information system database includes the following tables: education; reward; marital status; organization; the Department; position; military rank; personal card; order T1; order T5; order T6; order T8; labor contract.
The capabilities of the information system include the following analytical capabilities, in the form of a number of the following queries and consolidated reports: staffing; vacation schedule.
