I was hoping to play, but I encountered a permanent game crash due to factors beyond my control. There was no way to fix it, and I couldn't play. Naturally, no one refunded me, as the access provider doesn't care about my problems. They respond reluctantly, once a day, sometimes less often. I spent two weeks trying to get the game to work. Is the provider to blame for the crash? No, but they could have checked that I launched the game 150 times for two seconds. It was a small amount of money, but it was a waste. I don't recommend it.
A client has a problem with a game (it crashes on launch), and he's decided to push the problem onto the seller, and we're supposed to fix it with a wave of a magic wand, even without access to his PC. He, of course, didn't think to use Google himself.
