I mistakenly purchased a year-long extension for the wrong Discord subscription (Nitro Classic instead of Nitro Full). I immediately contacted the seller and asked for a link to pay extra and renew my subscription. The seller replied that they couldn't do this and that I'd have to contact the platform's support team, which I did.
