This is the third time in six months that my subscription has been lost. Last time I waited three days for it to connect, and my work was stopped during that time.

I purchased an OFFICE 365 ProPlus WIN/MAC license for 5 devices, 1 year | 100GB, etc. When I entered my password, the system asked me to change it. I changed it to a complex password generated by the system itself, which was not saved when I copied it. Customer support said they couldn't help me because they were some Chinese company and weren't the administrators of this system, and I lost the ability to use the license. This is wrong, and the customer has the right to recover the password!!! This isn't serious, and if they aren't the administrators of the license, how can they sell someone else's product without customer support? I lost both money and time. They profited from a service not rendered and from not providing proper support to the customer. My money won't do them any good. Be careful with this store!!!!
After that, these scammers called me a fraud: "The client is a scammer, buying accounts, changing passwords, and demanding replacements or refunds. They've already blacklisted him." This is a lie. I didn't ask for a refund, and there's no proof that I bought accounts from them. I simply asked for help and made an advance payment! Beware of these dishonest merchants, ungrateful liars, and ungrateful people.

My subscription keeps dropping, and it takes a long time to restore it. This is critical for those who regularly use Adobe products.
