The item doesn't match the seller's description. The seller gave me an email address where he claimed the Steam Guard code should be sent, but my Steam account is linked to an iCloud account. When I contacted the seller, he ignored me.

After purchasing the game, the seller stole my account and hasn't responded to me. I asked him to return the account so the matter could be resolved properly. I also purchased games and deposited funds into the account, but the seller ultimately decided to take unfair advantage of the account. I'm hoping for a refund from customer support.
