The key is not a Retail key, but an OEM key; the name doesn't correspond to the actual product. OEM means the license is tied to the hardware of your system. Therefore, if you make any significant changes to it, the license will be invalidated and cannot be reactivated without contacting Microsoft support. It might be suitable for physical machines, if you're willing to rely on Microsoft support when upgrading the motherboard, processor, etc. But it's completely unsuitable for virtual machines, if you plan to constantly change the configuration and virtualize different hardware.

That's why I bought Office from this seller. I installed and activated everything. After purchasing, I received a download link from the official website. I downloaded, installed, and activated it via VPN. The language is currently English, until Microsoft adds Russian. Everything is fine. The purchase also includes a link, apparently for downloading from Google Docs, in case the official website doesn't work. In the end, I received the software downloaded from the official website and permanent keys, just as I wanted. I stopped using torrent downloads for security reasons. I recommend this seller.
