5 days ago I bought an X20 subscription from him and 5 days later it was cancelled. Before purchasing, I asked him if there was a guarantee, he said yes for the entire period. After the blocking, I wrote to him asking whether I should replace it or return the money. He offered to either pay extra and buy a new one from him, or half the amount, he can only return it. Neither of his conditions suits me. If I had used it for two weeks, I would have said ok, let's give half the amount and have a nice day, but no - he doesn't want to. I also wrote to support and have been waiting for three days now, I haven't received anything, and when I ask about a refund, everyone ignores me!

Perhaps due to issues with Claude's policy, many purchases were temporarily returned. I waited two days, and now the seller has renewed my subscription for me. Very good seller, highly recommended!

The seller is extremely unreliable. The advertised monthly subscription only worked for five days, after which the account was blocked. The seller's support is virtually nonexistent: they rarely respond and don't resolve issues. The product page contains inaccurate information regarding automatic delivery. Furthermore, the seller requests session cookies, which is confidential data, to activate the product, which in itself appears unsafe and unacceptable. It seems the product is being sold through dubious means, which ultimately results in the buyer losing access and being left to deal with the problem alone. I do not recommend this seller.
