The service operates in Crimea, the only problem is that the seller doesn't indicate that it's a standard version and that not all countries are available, only 13 units.
I bought it specifically because of Ukraine and Russia, but they're not available without premium. Argentina, India, Indonesia, and Turkey are also unavailable, so keep this in mind if you're buying games on Steam or PS4. The price will also be a bit higher: 50-55 rubles instead of 40 rubles, depending on your payment method. Considering the low price and the annual subscription, I don't see the point in giving it a negative rating, but it's a waste of money. I already have a decent VPN, just without Ukraine. I'll use it as a backup; we'll see how long it lasts.
