I've been waiting for over 24 hours and they haven't responded to my messages, neither here nor on Telegram. I think it's a scam and they're not going to give me back what I paid, nor refund my money. Bad seller.

COMPLAINT — Product not delivered as advertised

Order #291153899 | Product: Autodesk Admin Panel (3000 Users) All Apps | 01 Years | Paid: 14 USDT | Date: May 2, 2026

PROBLEM:
The credentials provided by the seller (email: 120180200506@kps.edu.pk) do not exist in Autodesk's system. When attempting to sign in at accounts.autodesk.com, the system returns: "We couldn't find an account with this email. Enter a different email or create an account." The product is therefore unusable.

ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE WITH SELLER (via Telegram @H_KG87):
- May 2: Reported issue with screenshot of the Autodesk error.
- May 6: Seller replied only "ok" with no action taken.
- May 8: I followed up firmly requesting working credentials OR a refund.
- May 10: Seller replied "I replace" — but no replacement credentials were ever sent.
- May 10 to May 18 (8 days): No response from the seller despite multiple follow-up messages.

16 days have passed since payment, with no working product delivered and no concrete response from the seller.

REQUEST:
1) Immediate delivery of new working credentials, verified by the seller in Autodesk's system BEFORE sending, with a 24-hour testing window on my end, OR
2) Full refund of the order (14 USDT).

Given the seller's pattern of vague replies and missed promises, I respectfully request oplata.info marketplace administration to intervene if the seller does not provide a concrete resolution within 48 hours.
